Welcome to our new research assistant Jiali Yao

We are happy to welcome Jiali Yao as our new doctoral student at the Centre for Digital Health Interventions, Singapore-ETH Centre. In the context of the Future Health Technologies (FHT) programme and in collaboration with the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, Jiali will develop a smartphone-based and chatbot-delivered MobileCoach intervention for individuals at risk of developing type-2 diabetes. Jiali holds a master’s degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University (Netherlands), a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the National University of Singapore (Singapore), and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Tianjin University (China). Jiali is part of the team that developed Elena+, a pandemic lifestyle care intervention for Covid-19.
