Meet MISHA, a digital stress management coach for students!

MISHA is a digital coach, which helps students with stress management in their studies. It was developed by ZHAW Angewandte Psychologie in collaboration with the CDHI, ETH Zurich, and the University of St. Gallen. With the digital coach, students can become experts in dealing with stress by receiving psychological background knowledge and learning relaxation techniques. The individual coaching can be done comfortably at home; the coach MISHA sends students chat messages every few days over a period of 4 – 6 weeks.
