Keynote by Dr. Robert Schreiber on HealthTech & FoodTech, 4 March 2024

Dr. Robert Schreiber is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair for Entrepreneurship, University of St. Gallen, and the Exercise and Health Lab, ETH Zurich. His research focuses on human decision-making using neuroscientific and experimental approaches. Dr. Schreiber taught economics and entrepreneurship at both bachelor and master levels. His goal is to create impact with the research he conducts. Recently, Robert co-founded AlpinaSana to combat malnutrition and initiated the HSG Healthspan Lab. In this lecture, Dr. Schreiber will discuss the latest trends in HealthTech & FoodTech.
