Dr. Jan-Niklas Kramer is a digital health and innovation expert with several years of experience in academia and corporate innovation. He is currently an innovation manager at CSS and working at the exciting intersection of insurance and healthcare. Leading the CSS Health Lab, his focus is on exploring new technologies and business models that can reshape the healthcare landscape. His interests span corporate innovation, strategy, startups, and the evolving world of healthcare and health insurance.

In this keynote, Dr. Kramer will discuss the opportunities and challenges for business models in digital health, with a particular focus on Switzerland.
