About the Lecture
In this talk, Dr. Khan will discuss the application of Data Science and Digital Health to the Janssen portfolio, including how Data Science has been critical to the development of Janssen’s COVID-19 vaccine. Data Science and Digital Health in pharmaceutical research & development (R&D) are evolving rapidly, accelerated by the pandemic. For Janssen R&D, Data Science, and Digital Health are integrated across their pipeline and are critical for their mission of reimagining how they build transformational medicines for patients. Data Science is already driving impact by improving the probability of success for more definitive therapies/treatments through enhanced evidence generation, as well as conducting more efficient clinical trials, thus accelerating timelines to get medicines to patients faster.
