CDHI Quarterly Team Meeting – FLIRT Feature Generation Toolkit for Wearable Data, November 11, 2021

Please join us for our next CDHI Quarterly Meeting on November 11, 2021, from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm CET where you will get insights from the Core Team Digital Biomarker in Diabetes Management led by Prof. Dr. Felix Wortmann.

In the second part, FLIRT – a feature engineering toolkit for wearable data will be introducedwhich is made available under the MIT open source licence. The team will depict the problem that motivated them to develop FLIRT. They then present the general FLIRT architecture and the FLIRT functionalities for processing and generating features.
