We are happy to announce that Björn Brogle, our research partner from the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Switzerland in our PathMate 2 project, won the Best Science Slam Award for his talk entitled Development and Application of a Smartphone-based Intervention for Obese Adolescents (Entwicklung und erste Anwendung einer Smartphone App-Intervention für adipöse Jugendliche mittels Gesundheitssystem und verhaltensorientierter Internetplattform) at the 33. Jahrestagung der Deutschen Adipositas-Gesellschaft e.V. 2017 in Potsdam, Germany. In the PathMate 2 project, we use the open source behavioral intervention platform MobileCoach (www.mobile-coach.eu, https://c4dhi.org/lab/projects/mobilecoach/).
