Keynote by Hauke Rienhoff from Orthopy Medical GmbH
Last month, our CAS Digital Health: Therapeutics course had the pleasure of welcoming Hauke Rienhoff, Chief Commercial Officer of Orthopy Health GmbH who shared his learnings over the past 5 years as Orthopy went on a truly wild ride.
He shared how Orthopy scaled by niching down into a smaller, targeted audience, how they leveraged economies of scale through strategic partnerships, and how they’re now bravely pushing back on ambiguity in regulations around digital therapeutics.
Although this talk was given in a small group setting, Hauke kindly agreed to share his talk to the wider CDHI audience. Watch it here: https://lnkd.in/eShXVauR
Thank you very much for the insightful talk, Hauke!
