Recently we welcomed our fifth cohort of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Health: Therapeutics with a kickoff session at the lovely Seminarhotel Lihn in Filzbach.
The course began with a joint networking lunch where participants could meet outgoing students and researchers from the CDHI. We then dove into an afternoon of keynotes from course lecturers Prof. Marcia Nißen, Dr. Mia Jovanova, and Dr. Rasita Vinay, who also gave a first introduction to digital health. The next morning we concluded with a keynote from Prof. Tobi Kowatsch and a Generative AI workshop where participants created their own personalized health podcast.
Over the course of the year, participants in the CAS Digital Health Therapeutics will learn the basics of digital health therapeutics, including conceptual models and methods of assessment, how and why to create a digital biomarker, and how to build a personalized intervention.
We are thrilled to have an accomplished, interdisciplinary group with us for the next year, who share one important thing in common: a passion for health innovation!
