Last week, our team participated in the first DocSem of 2025, hosted by Elgar Fleisch, Tobias Kowatsch, and Felix Wortmann. Doctoral students and professors from ETH Zürich, the University of Zurich, and the University of St.Gallen came together to exchange ideas, receive feedback, and learn from one another.

Over two days, the seminar featured a packed program of research presentations, lab pitches, and feedback sessions. All designed to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and advance research in technology, innovation, and management.

Beyond the academic discussions, we also enjoyed the chance to connect more informally and deepen our cross-institutional ties in the beautiful setting of Lake Zurich.
