We are pleased to welcome our new Administrative Assistant, Khia Offenhauser to the team. Khia will be providing support to Prof. Dr. Tobias Kowatsch and his Digital Health Intervention team at the School of Medicine, University of St.Gallen and the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care, University of Zurich.

Khia’s academic background is in English Language and Literature, with an MA in Modern English from the University of Nottingham and a BA in English and Film from Manchester Metropolitan University. Her MA research focused on the use of narrative and metaphor in accounts of epileptic seizures.

She brings with her a range of experience in both administration and English teaching, having started out as administrative assistant at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital before eventually going on to manage and administer Cambridge English exams throughout Switzerland. As a teacher she taught on a range of topics from exam preparation to medical and business English.
