This year’s HSG Healthcare Days took place from 22 – 24 October 2024. They focussed on the topic of stress and were held under the motto:  ‘Daily Hassles: Dealing positively with everyday stress’.  A part of our team also participated in the event and held a workshop on the topic of  “Digital applications for stress reduction”. Dr Anja Bischof explained the theories on stress and the use of smartphones and pointed out that they do not only have a negative impact on our lives. Together with Marc-Robin Grüner and Giuliana Breu, she also explained which suitable projects are carried out at our centre and the participants were able to try out Breeze.
